Are you marking the targets?
Also, are you sure those are laser bombs and not GPS ones?
I'd reccomend looking up the laser codes - bit too long to put a tutorial on the forum
If your using the TGP in head track mode it wont lock up targets like that, you have to slew the TGP crosshair over a target with the joystick until the TGP says 'FOE' in the top left. You can use head track mode to get close to your target then switch off head track mode and slew the crosshair to your target. Once it snaps to the target and says 'FOE' you're good to deploy any laser guided munition. Also the 'mark' button on TGP is just a cosmetic ir laser to let you allies know what you're laser designating at night, it isn't needed to acquire a laser lock.
