any good jamming guides?

Hey. im looking for a good jammer guide.. i tested the jamming stuff in the ef-24g and wasnt able to use it correctly. i tried jamming a SAM radar but it still locked me up easily... same for a friend, i jammed his jet in the mid band with noise and he still locked me up no problem.
