GIVE MODDERS SUPPORT OR ELSE
i' m just saying game is getting boring, and repetitive. Take a note from games like no mans skyu, Arma 3, and many others that support modding. TRUST ME. We want more diversity!

Giving mod support mean your game will be still played and remembered in 10 years+. Without mods a game not even last 1/2 years

Surely the modding is possible, but since it is not official support even just making simple 'more realistic AH94 turrets' mod myself was a major pain because the tutorials are so scattered, outdated, and sometimes just completely wrong.

It was impossible to get into without annoying vtol vr modding discord members with constant questions and stupid trial and errors.

Why do you think officially supporting mods would make it easier?
This is not KSP

Because the developer will write the tutorial and organize it better ? And no need for illegally decompiling the game to unity.

The dev didn't even write better tutorials for these existing aircraft or the map/mission editor.

no tutorial is still better if I don't need to worry about all the issues when trying to decompile VTOL VR unofficially and the developer just provide it instead.

You're missing the entire point and the problem. Every time there's a big update or change to aircraft, it completely breaks any modded aircraft. For example, a year ago someone made a fully functioning f16 mod. It was completely modeled and had the irl cockpit. The devs made an update and it completely broke the f16 and it got taken down because the guy who made it didn't know how to fix the problem. This is why developer made mod support is needed. With dev support they include templates on how to model and code things like aircraft into the game. In this way, people who are even just decent at 3d modeling and coding will be able to create mods for the game at not only a rapid pace, but it will also be high quality unlike the aircraft mods available now. We'd be able to make aircraft on par and better than the devs themselves. So not only would the community be making tons of aircraft to compete with games like DCS, but the devs can focus on other aspects of updating the game because they know they have community support supplying us with aircrafts regularly. Do you know how fast we could've gotten this multicrew update if the community was already supported in making planes? There's no instance where official modding support is a bad thing. Instead, the devs saw the "modding" page that we have and just said they'll allow that instead of officially releasing mod support themselves so we have dev supported templates.

OP´s writing with capslock and is even threatening in only the Title.
Then continues with lines like:
"game is getting boring, and repetitive"
&
"TRUST ME"
All while just today, was a content-release.
Plus, the DEV is on it´s own and the Game is still beeing developed.
So, any change to the existing foundation, can and will break any mods created, anyways.

There is an Editor&workshop which offers more content than most Games mods allow.

And YES modtools are missing and Yes the modlauncher is lacking content,
But the Game is not finished, so cut the Dev some slack and let him have his weekend, he just gave us a 5$ Plane.
