Spectator Camera first-person view, helmet in the way?

Trying out Spectator Camera and in first person I can see the outline of the helmet at the top of the screen especially when I turn my head. The first-person helmet is disabled; it only shows up in Spectator view. Anyone know why this happens or how to fix it?

The only way to "get rid of it" is to decrease the FOV substantially but I wanted to use Spectator Mode specifically for the higher FOV.

Maybe it's a bug, try asking on Discord, dev doesn't check steam discussion very often.

+1, the only way to disable it on the screen view is to ... enable it on your headset xD that work, i enable visible helmet, then it disapear in the mirror view, so i can set fov to 100 without seing the helmet.

@Langers Ah I saw that before but didn't know how to replicate it. Now I see it happens if the helmet is disabled in FPV. Thanks
