Any "easy" missions \ campaigns?

I love this game, but as more I progress into the campaign, or download missions, the less I enjoy the game.
For example, the first campaign of VTOL, since it introduced carrier landings, is very difficult, and I stopped playing its missions.
I tried to download a lot of custom made missions but most of them hard.
Any good campaigns for newbies? Just to take off, fly, shoot some stationary targets that probably wont kill you?

And I know, git gut and I am trying to learn, but prefer easier missions.

Hi Zeev,

The first few missions / tutorials for the vtol aircraft are very easy and there is one for it that has enemy units that don't fire at you. Good for practicing using the weapons and getting used to the approach needed to survive.

Yeah I have already finished them, and then comes big carrier that just throws away all my excitement of this campaign because I just cannot land the aircraft on it.
So I am looking for custom missions similar to these ones.

Use the search on VTOL VR workshop with "easy" or "beginner".

Hey Zeev,
It's been a long time since I ran that mission to land on the carrier. If it's with the VTOL, cheat like I did and rotate the engines to about 45 degrees and fly it in like that. Gotta work the throttle a little, but it got me on the deck until I gained more experience in judging where the deck is.

in the fa/26b campaign section of the steam workshop there is an easy campaign that is essentially airsupport for ground troops. Just picking out targets and bombing them. The missions are well done. I forget exactly what it is called but if you read the description you'll know the one I am talking about

All the settings are default. I think they are in the left.
Can you please explain what do you mean? The joystick is virtual ofcourse.

LoL, man that brought me back.. I dont how many tries and how many hours and how many nights I sunk into getting on that damn deck. BUT! When you finally do, and it clicks.. its worth every curse, scream, tantrum, thrown remote and rage quit. Course, the 2nd time you have to do it, its hard again but, the first is the one. :)

Apart from a huge ammount of workshop-missions, i make my own mission since the mission editor is as easy, as playing lego.
