The AV-42C has the AGM-126 SideARMII (which is based on an ARM based on a Sidewinder and can carry 3 on a single pylon) and the AGM-188 MARM (which is medium range and has a top down attack angle)
In the game you have to select the ARAD on the MFD and then slew the cursor over the illuminating radar, select it then fire once inside the weapon engagement envelope.
There are already a couple of custom missions which use these.
