Connection to server interrupted

I just got the game installed & I'm unable to login, as when I attempt to, I get a black screen with "The connection to the server has been interrupted" message.

In a previous post, it was stated that I'm suppose to get the option to log in using steam, but that screen never came up.

I have a screenshot, but I don't know how to upload images in steam discussion.

AccessTheGamer since the update this morning i have the same issue. No more steam login available. I use linux might it be an issue with the linux build ?

I'm using Windows 8.1, so it's not just linux

Please share the most information that you can, to make easiest the devs' investigations. Screenshots, how to reproduce...

I don't know what info would help with this. I downloaded the game on steam, launched it, and went to a login screen, where after attempting to log in, that message is stated. The same thing happens if I just press the Submit button without putting in any information

All I know for sure is that I'm not getting this screen

Try to click on the flag (to change the language), you will be redirected on the "Login with Steam" screen.

I clicked on it, but it didn't redirect. Just gave the list of languages & their flags, and after clicking one, took me back to the previous screen.
The language change does take effect, if I choose a different one, but the screen still doesn't have the "Login with Steam" option anywhere.

What is the current version suppose to be?

Have you already succeeded to login you one time at least?
- If yes, what was your nickname?

Have you tried to reinstall the game?

I have not managed to log in once. I have tried reinstalling the game, and verifying the cache. I believe reinstalling the game updating the game from version 0.55 to 0.57. That was the only change I've noticed.

I have the same problem, changing thhe language has no effect. There is also no way to connect through steam for me. I can only login or create an account by the mask. Which ends in the message that the connection has been interrupted.

Linux Mint 18.3
