Report a translation problem
make sure you have your volume settings in order.
Make sure the game is using the mic you want it to use (You can see it in the starting screen).
Regarding your uninstall, look for remainders, as Win7/10 usually doesn´t clean everything out.
Many Programs react very allergic to that. I´ve had to reinstall my whole Steam library, after I first got my Vive... because the Vive Software rkt my Steam.
Its not always the game, that is broken.
Ofcourse, you will lose some things, like for example if you have a chroma product, it will not light up in your colours but instead it will cycle through the colour spectrum as it is default. But you get to hear sound and use your mic again!
TL;DR : Just end every task that has "Razer" On it or the razer logo via Task Manager
