Mic not working

As the title states my mic wont work when i try to use it in this game, i use a Razor Man O War 7.1 headset and no matter what i try it simply wont work, it comes up saying its detected the mic and all but no sound comes out

try uninstall Razer synapse and see if that helps. You may need to restart afterwards.

i am gonna unistall it without downloading it and see if it works

I have the same problem. In Player Setup you can test the mic and it works perfectly fine for me, however joining a game my mic is inaudible. I don't know how to fix this problem.
