When I run the game, the following message appears. What should I do?

Probably game, files or internet connection are blocked.

Please try the following:
- download and complete all windows updates
- deactivate antivirus software or configure it so that it does not block game, game files or internet
If files are corrupted, reinstall the game.

In case of problem could not be solved, please send us info about your system to support@bufopro.de and we'll try to reproduce and solve. We'll do standard tests to exclude some possible other causes of error within the next days.
