Am I right that you need to survive 'till your first jump in order to keep any upgrades or credits? The very first enemy can get lucky and take me out, so surviving the dozens of enemies between me and a jump seems nearly impossible. I think I would have to map all of the shield and weapon controls to my keyboard and memorize them before I'd have a chance, which is... a lot for a game I just picked up 20 minutes ago. Hi ! - bug: tooltips on shields/weapon doesn't update when changing power allocation (for instance, starting from 0 power, showing 0 -> 0.25 for a shield) upgrading to 4 power, still showing 0 -> 0.25 - bug: when putting 5 power to a weapon/shield it is still shown at 0 in the computer Offense command for the weapon, but showing 5 on another. its quite an interesting game, but i feel like it needs a lot of balance yet. It feels way to random. It took me almost 10 minutes to figure out how to upgrade the right stuff, but then i get invaded and can't keep up with the ship upgrades. At least hold the invasions until first jump....
