Skip intro movies

Anyone know how to skip the intro movies?

I haven't looked to see if you can disable them with ini tweaks but if you download a blank bik file from here:

http://www.geocities.ws/xbdvdrg/bik_replace.html

then go to your \SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\The Bureau\XGame\Movies folder and replace the following files with the blank bik file you will not have to sit through the movies.

The files are:
XCOM-2KLogo.bik
XCOM-Legal_PCConsole.bik
XCOM-NVIDIA_PCConsole.bik
XCOM-Unreal.bik

This works on many, many unreal engine games and I use this method a lot to skip intro movies.

No problem, I will watch the intro movies the 1st time I run the game, as I think it is only fair to see who has worked hard on the production of the game but I don't like being forced to watch them over and over so this method is really handy.

On PC, no need to download a file. Just delete them or move them somewhere else, like a subfolder called "disabled".

Alternatively, you go to Steam\steamapps\common\The Bureau\XGame\Config , open the file XEngine.ini , and search for the commands StartupMovies . Here you can choose which ones you'd like to see, or simply delete them all.
