Think my game is messed up....

The moment i start, july 12th, there are three characters talking but it only shows 2... and becomes confusing, doesnt even show 'the sisters' name.... and then after they leave, i just no longer see character portraits,... intentional??

I'm sorry for being such a bother, as I had posted a previous time before in the last week, but I have come to a problem. In It's My Own Invention, this message keeps popping up imbbb.co It was first at the first decision in the chapter, but I just wrote it off. It now keeps on appearing....

Direct3D Error

I just downloaded the game, and I am unable to open it. It says "Error!!" then "Direct3D" and a whole bunch of garbled letters. Does anyone know how to fix this?
