3: Ages aren't given but I'd estimate him to be about 3-4 years older, with Original Yuki being about six years older.

5: The end sky is Tomosane's delusion resulting from a combination of drug use, the events surrounding Original Yuki's death traumatizing him, his mother's influence, and mental illness. It is a figment of his imagination much like everything else he percieves as Mamiya Takuji.
