It doesn’t work like that.
If your country deems a content inappropriate, they just ban the game from selling and that’s it. Like what happened with Valkyrie Drive in Germany, they banned the game so no one can buy anymore. I don’t know if it’s legal to import that game if you live there though.
Unless you live on Australia, Canada, Germany etc you have nothing to worry about downloading or importing games like that. I mentioned Canada too because there are some news on the web a man was arrested by entering the country with anime pictures on his laptop.

I wouldn’t be surprised with the current news if more countries starts to get more aggressive towards fictional stuff, it seems the West is walking in that direction with all the latest crazy news. Steam is “re-reviewing” most visual novels on Steam because we are reaching Australia levels of censorship, where Anime art = child porn, similar to what happened with Atelier Totori (rated extreme sexual impact 18+, when in reality it’s just cute girls doing cute things).

Let’s see what Valve will do with visual novels now.

well there are too many anime (hentai or not) that present us ecchi, nudity, or even sex scene using small, child-like body frame
some people even said that they are fine with that simply because the girl's story and lore said that she was 1000 years old or so, something that is perfectly normal in anime / games

while i don't feel right about this incoming censorship, i kinda understand where they're coming from

I try and answer this earnestly. ( as much good as it will do)
This game is more like a Visual Novel with some very small JRPG elements.
80% of the time you will run around at school , talking to your friends, inviting them to Karaoke and such. For some girls who have negative emotions you transform into your magical girl version and enter their mind to calm them, fighting the demons there and stabilizing their mind fragments.
Those are small ( very small) dungeon like sections with some enemies. The battle system is fairly decent and nice looking and has some depth but is completely wasted since the difficulty is super low. You can easily win any fight even on the hardest difficulty.
Main reason for that is that the game has no EXP system, you get only item drops from enemies.
Instead you level up by strengthening the bonds with your friends in the school segments.
If you just talk to everyone regulary and spend time with them you are massively overpowered after a few hours.
Now and then you will fight giant boss monsters who pose a bit more of a challenge but mainly because they have obscene amounts of health and it drags out the fight.

On the plus site the graphic style is very nice, the story and school setting is relaxing and the music very good, like in most GUST games.
Its not a bad game, but not really something i would qualify as a JRPG.
Visual Novel with JRPG elements seems more fitting.

Man, I finished Baldur's gate 12, fallout 1234, might and magic6~10, Lords of Xulima, Dragon Quest , and I want to tell, Blue Reflection is a very good new age RPG! . Most RPG defeat monsters get exp , improving party relationship don't, who said we can't do the reverse? in fallout 4 , improving friend relationship guve u perks, blue reflection just extended that.

JRPG means "Japanese Role Playing Game' any game you are playing as some person is a role playing game. you are guiding that person to the conclusion of the story. this is a turn based style Like Final fantasy. a visual novel you are not moving the person around an area you are just reading text and answering questions of the person on the screen.(most are 2d not 3d like this game)
