Deleted characters

I have been playing local with about 4 characters and i went to start a new online character and it has over written all of my local characters.. how do i get them back :S

for the 1042nd time: local and ranked are two different games, you can export your ranked to open but not open to ranked. your online game sessions are stored on trendys side. they make duplicate of your saves.

Unfortunately, we are unable to recover lost data on Open as save files as stored locally in this mode. On Ranked mode, save files are stored in our servers, thus we are able to retrieve them.

I accidentally deleted a level 92 IIRC character in ranked mode while trying to learn to use the Steam Controller. Who do I contact to get it restored, please?

Can u recover my main cha? i was click on the one that i want to delete but somehow it deleted my main.

Don't bump old threads please. You are free to make a new one regarding your query.
And one or two deleted characters can't be restored. The devs will only restore entire RANKED MODE save files if they get corrupt, nothing else can/will be restored by them.
You also do not lose your gear if you have any on that deleted character. So you can simply just create a new one and re-level it up again. Be careful next time.

or bump old threads because theres no point in have 50 million of the same one when you can just look at one thread. and how do you know that they wont restore things? are you a developer?

No, becasue that's the official stand(and has been since long). You too would know about it if only you cared to read the FAQ and their support section, instead of ranting here.

if they dont want you to use old threads why dont they lock them?

there are enough mod maps in open to recreate any character that is lost in minutes
