All my characters gone?

All my characters have disappeared im assuming this has to be a bug because I dont hack or mod or anything of the sort, This is very unfair because it states that if I did I would get some sort of warning if I had bad gear on? I dont hack and never will please help because this is SOOO unfair I had 2 83s, 2 75s and a 74 with gear that has taking me ages to find -.-

lol ages to find you have all of 2 weeks and 45.3 hours total their are people on here with 300+hours that have lost it all

I've got this game for non-steam, and on the characters I play the most, and need the most, All of their gear just vanished. I logged on just a few min ago and nothing was there.

your gear vanishing off heroes? that sounds like trendy deleting hacked gear check you items and see if they left you a folder that says "Hacked, Warning"
