Change colors and crystal design?

Okay, so .. yes, I'm new. Been playing for like, a whole 2 days, part of that on local .. before I was told that going to Ranked, would mean I wouldn't have to deal with hackers. So .. yay, start over. I clearly remember though, when making my character .. that it told me I could go back and change my colors and what not later. Also, I've unlocked a few new crystal designs and would like to check em out .. and yet, I don't see where to go to do that. I've been to the Tavern, and checked the Forge, myself, and the Tavernkeep .. and I still don't see where to do this. It's driving me crazy.

Should it matter, I'm using a 360 controller hooked into my PC, and as I said, playing on the Ranked side (though, playing solo for a while to get the feel for the game).

When you start the game and log into ranked mode, it shows you the character selection screen. There should be a "Edit Crystal" button somewhere there
