why is my game crashing?

i got the the a new dlc for the game and now its crashing

i quit playing shortly after redux came out and i tested it so can someone help me figure out why?

for extra detail its when the magic circle loading screen pops up it crashes

it booted fine on redux

ok so update i got the game working but now its started booting me out when i switch to my monk

i am playing solo ranked as its were all my chars are and i was just trying to level a new dude up so i was going to place the aura that removes resistances but right as i switch to him it boots me

it also boots me back to the main menu sometimes

is it the sever or is it something else?

so fixed it as it was a glitched item that it never use to have a issue with

i fixed that and then got the second issue i mentioned but figured both out in the end by brute forcing it till it worked
