Where are my many characters?

Hi there! I was so excited to come back and play... and all of my online characters are gone.
Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

I restored your characters, you should be good to play again

maybe you played on redux and installed normal dd or vice versa.
you can check it under game properties / betas.
