Game keeps crashing and is unplayable
When booting my game after the cut scene when it goes into the main menu it crashes and closes. I have re downloaded it several times, validated the files several times and still no luck. Any ideas how to fix this?

how would I find an error message if there is one? cause right now it just crashes

Some beautiful person on the company forums recommended disabling sound in the configuration settings. That let me at least get the game running. Everything else I found online didn't work.

From the launch screen:
Configure->GFX/Sounds->Uncheck Enable Sound

my game has randomly started working again as of a few dyas ago didnt change anything but it works now so yeah!
