I can't beleive there is literally 0 info on this map anywhere...
How do you hit the dragon?
He just flies around spitting fireballs and hes out of range the whole time.

If he's out of range, the projectile speed of your weapons is too slow.

I'm also pretty sure there is no way to get him out of the sky. RIP melee.

You're not able to shoot down the dragon on a controller, that's a known issue and there's a fix coming for it on the next patch (it should take some time though)

Will the boss battle also become easier as it is now ? Because it would be a better idea for me to wait then.

Yes, CR2 and 3 boss fights are going to be nerfed

CR2 is getting a nerf? Weird, I find it to be the easiest one to deal with out of the three.

Anywho, I hope the bosses get nerfed to the point where it's possible to solo.

Try and find a decent Elder Staff with max charge and projectile speed.
