How do you unlock the adult skin for the apprentice?

I have the DLC for the skin and when i go over it in character creation it tells me something about saving their parents from crystaline something but i cant find it as a challange or misssion or anywhere i looked please help!!!!!

first you need to beat the shards maps on NMHC, then you need to enter the newly formed portal, this is the Crystalline dimension, beating it as an apprentice on NMHC will reward the adult skins, just a note you only need to beat NMHC for the 2nd adult skin, the first is just for beating it in general as an app, also you only need to beat the old one as the app you can with who ever you want upto that point

You are getting ahead of yourself.

NMHC is only needed for the "super legendary" version of the adult models.
Any difficulty of CD, and thus any difficulty of the shard maps, will get you the regular skin.
Only limitation is that you need to do it, killing the old one, on the relevant character class, in his case the apprentice.

Each of the twelve classes unlocks one of the four costumes. The easiest way to unlock the SL App costume is to play as Jester.
