3rd secret room!

does anyone know how to get into the 3rd secret room it is above the second floor and all it has is a jukebox in it.f

Next to the stairs between the 2nd and 3rd floor is a switch behind the wall. Hard to find (and I'm pretty sure not intended to be found in this patch) but if you use Q to look around you should be able to see a glowing yellow seal.

I'm so sure there isn't a 3rd room. I get told time and time again, there was one, but they removed it because of lag issues.

so, looking at the 2nd floor Forge, its to the right, next to the stairs, there is a door with a yellow marker behind it. is this the palce?

There isn't a switch anywhere, I keep going back to see if I missed it. It's simply not there. No secret room. The door at the top of the stairs with the yellow marker, has nothing behind it, and it protected by Invis walls. The only 2 rooms are the Ultimate Defender one and the Finished campaign one.

If you were to be less vague about its location, I'll believe you


Edit: ok, so at the VERY top of the tavern, there is a room, It might be an Ultimate Defender/100% chievs thing though as it is locked behind more invis walls.

Edit: still can't get into it. Maybe it depends on resolution or achievement unlock or so. or i'm just missing the button.

The room in question was disabled due to some concerns from other community players during the very elongated beta-test period for Update 3. It was a feature I really wanted to have available to everyone as a little extra bonus, but ultimately it is up to the players what stays and what doesn't.

SO if you would like this feature to be unlocked in the next patch, make yourselves heard so the other CDT members can weigh in how many people want it vs those that do not.

Yeah, it definitely is still there, and I like the jukebox in it right now, would like to at least see that added to the ult defender room or something if the tower isn't kept. I'd like to know what exactly it was gonna be.

I tried with countess with no luck, tried my demoness and got the prompt.

It was just going to be an extra room where you can go and call another player in that room. It didn't have much space for a full blown party though. Also had a Tavern theme Changer control which you could use to change the theme of the Tavern. It was said to have been "removed" becasue the Themes were causing performance issues plus they were not sticking anyways(check the video below).

Until this thread I was under the impression that the room level itself was completely "removed". But apparently not as just the most direct way to access it was blocked.

I'm sorry to necroing this post, but I have played Dungeon Defenders to 100% Achievement completion and i want to be reassured of a couple things because it worries me that i might have missed something. I tried searching all over the web but this is one of the only posts that brings it up. There are 2 main things i want to ask: as of now, are there no secret rooms other than the basement and the 2nd level of the first floor? Was the room posted by ThomasBros truly removed not accessible in any way, including the top of the tavern? The second is did they get rid of the door that let you not just view the outside of the tavern, but actually let you walk out and explore? I noticed it was closed and no way to exit the tavern, the only open doors being on the 2nd floor that have invisible barriers and only let you view. I once again want to apologize for the necro, but I just want to make sure i didn't miss things in one of my favorite games.

Yeah sadly as far as im concerned this room has been completely removed form the game. It might still be accessible with cheat engine using a fly hack or by changing your cordinates but I think I already tried that I just dont remember whether the room was still there or not. It was removed 1 or 2 updates ago so yeah its basically doesnt exist anymore.
