Report a translation problem
1) Do you have your pagefile disabled, or set to an abnormal size (e.g. under 1GB on any volume(s)).
2) Have you tried adding the "-nomap" parameter to the Launch Options of ARMA: CWA?
3) Are you using any 3rd party addons or mods with the game, as these are known to cause problems under certain system configurations.
4) Are you able to paste the contents of the *.cfg files in the games folder here for reference?
I have two physical hard drives in my PC. A system drive with Windows, all my programs (except games) and my personal files. The second drive hosts Steam and all my games.
For whatever reason, that second drive did not have a page file at all! I have no idea why. The first drive still had it.
So I created one on the gaming HDD and now it works! I wonder if I'll even see a performance increase in other games. I have no idea how this even occured or how it was undetected for so long...
Either way, can't complain.
