Bug on the mission Defender #11
I encountered this 2 years ago. I'm not sure if the game was updated since to fix the bug.
After destroying the convoy, your pick up truck did not arrive and you were stuck.

Did they release any patches for it?

hmm... your are right, but the last patch was at 18.08.2011

That's approximately when I played it. About in 2012. Still didn't complete it. Reached about half war through the story.

But it's a great game. Just kind of the bugs are getting to you...

We with my dad in old times about 14 years back we have completed this game 100% with all dlc's i meen all story modes and we didnt had any problems. :D (p.s i playd this game more than 10 years and it's still the best game :) )
I would like to see new armas with cool music and stories like this :)
P.S in old times it was named first as OFP - Operation Flashpoint Cold war crisis :)

Indeed, it's really nice. Although in comparisson we can see how much ArmA improved after it.
And... what did not improve. I mean, choppers still explode when hitting trees, and the action menu is still there :conwayshrug:

By any chance, did the tank convoy stop to make a tour de force of the side of the hill before meandering their way into the mines? Well they did for me, turns out they were actually firing at the APC that is supposed to come and pick you up. It was parked in plain sight!

I don't know if the APC driver knows how a covert operation is supposed to work... but here's to hoping the next time I try the mission he won't be so eager to get a good look at the fireworks display!

I posted some pictures of the destroyed APC on my profile if you want to see just how open his position was. He wasn't even close to any trees!
