Campaign glitch on "strange meeting"

I have been playing the campaign and when I get to the mission "strange meeting" it glitches. I get to the part where you stop and let the soldiers out and I just sit in the car the whole time while they fight?? Cause if you try to move you blow up. Im not sure what to do and I need help on this problem

I haven't played Single Player since Operation Flashpoint: Resistance.

Try using time acceleration and moving around behind cover and concealment?

Glitches sadly happen in the campaign.
If it seems like nothing you do is solving it,restart the mission.
