Backup then delete any Cinemax SRO folders. This will nuke all local songs you've done, so don't do that if you want to keep them. If it doesn't work then just restore the backup
c:\Users\"YOUR USER NAME"\AppData\LocalLow\Cinemax s_r_o_\Rytmik Studio\Internal\
Replace "YOUR USER NAME" with correct one and than remove files backup.rue and backup.ruf. Hope that helps. In some next update we might add detection whether RS loads the backup song correctly or not and possibly delete that backup.
I think it is not necessary to remove all local songs, but if deleting backup doesn't help, you can try this as well. Just remember to copy your local song files somewhere safe before you remove them (or you can just rename that \songs folder).
