Can this be used on android and if so do you have to buy it again for android?

I have a nasty bug over here. No matter how I try to edit any clip, either double click on it or selecting it and then clicking on clip editor, it always opens up clip 0 gray. I saved my song, closed the program, re-opened it. Same issue.
