Black screen on start with sound

Hi, upon startup the game opens windowed in a black screen. This is the only game exhibiting this behavior. I have tried adjusting compatibility and GPU settings, but it still starts as a black screen. Sound is playing in the background. Win11, 13th gen Intel, 6950XT GPU.

Edit: Solved this by disabling AMD anti-lag, if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I'll leave this thread in case someone else has the same problem.
