I researched new technologies. For example, water cooling. Will the new technologies be incorporated into my car models immediately or do I have to develop a new car model every time? Thanks.

A tremendous game that would still be playable today with some minor updates. A fresh take on something in this general genre would be great and I really enjoyed Stellar Monarch so I am hoping for another well thoguht out managment game. I love the comments regarding reasonable play time and controlled scope. Gear City is another automobile game that looks like it could be amazing, but is sooooo overly detailed.
