Hey, it seems that this game has a lot of broken achievements. I just completed first world defeating the green boss, collected a bunch of hidden coins, used a teleported and completed a snow level without dying and didn't get any achievement for that. Only two achievements that I was able to get were the ones for dying to water and to a spike or fire......
