Where do i find the summoning stone?

I read it was in the pause menu, but i can't find it. I'm about 10 hours into the game. Am I missing something? I can't find it anywhere on my file. Do i need to find the summoning stone in the game first? Thanks for the help.

you get a summoning stone in a room when you beat the 5 boss and entering the portal at the end of the salamander fight. If you skip one of them, you will have to restart a run to do the job. Summoning stone are endgame stuff that increase difficulty and HP of monsters.
