Door won't open?

I just beat the shadow dude and I was about to go to the crystal area but I never got a key, does anyone know what to do?

Noori should have dropped the key. You can return to his room while he is dead and it should be lying on the ground. If not, then that's a bug.

An alternate way to enter the caverns is to speak with Toadvine and Bathcat at the entrance, which will trigger a wave encounter. At the end, the key will drop.

I have done both of those, none have fixed it, I even restarted the floor and the Boos didn't drop a key neither did it come from defeating the wave of monsters

Is it something wrong with the file?

I was able to fix it by giving up after the boss battle, I was then able to go through the dungeon and it was sitting on the ground, it might have been a visual bug or something Thanks! and keep up the great work on Undermine
