God Mode?
Is there a way to use the Gothic cheats on steam? I like to play in God mode for some of the more difficult parts...

press the ~ key and type god. It toggles back and forth.

Bob, we all enjoy different things with gameplay. Personally I don't like sitting there for hours trying to get past a certain point...it's boring.

I can agree with that. I use it sometimes also.
I'm surprised it doesn't work for you.

You have to change something in the ini files first to use the console.
file: ge3.ini
Testmode=False to Testmode=True.
