Outpost limits and can you disband them?

Is there any way to increase the number of outposts per person? I would think if you were playing a single player game (or solo on a server) 5 outposts may not be enough?

Is there any way to disband an outpost once it is created so if you are at your limit and want to move to a new location you can disband one and create a new one?

removing old outpost, just dismantle all containers and excavation equipment etc, dismantle all and go start another elsewhere, also if find a good location but not need an outpost there just type in chat window, /mark and the name of resource ie "/mark sulphur" and a marker is placed on your map for easy find again :)

I saw a setting when you create the game and one of the things was increasing the outposts.
