so, I enjoyed what I have played; except the multitude of issues with ai and gameplay and CLUNK of everything. Except instead of them fixing the issues many many manyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy people have also spoken on, the dropped a paid update (whiskey and lemons dlc) then zero updates to the based game since. Can I get a refund?

Paid update? I'm pretty sure W&L is a DLC and the update was free.

Somebody in another thread said this: "I do not know why people keep saying the devs have abandoned the game. patch 1.1402 came out in Feb, patch 1.1403 came out in Mar, and patch 1.1410 just came out about a week and a half ago on 26 Apr." If so, that is a good sign. The latest announcement was a major update, I guess, while these small patches don't get announced. Still, they would be making progress.

P.S., That guy also mentioned that the top sticky thread in this forum talks about this. (Yes, I missed it, too.) And I just did a fresh download and install and indeed, the version number is 1.1410.

Did you see what those patches fixed and added. Then compare that to what was needed in nearly every area of the game... Either they are holding out with a large game saving patch or this game will get trickles of patches that will give some the illusion the game is still being actively developed... Wanted this game and its patch to be awesome. Simply put, it is not...

No, there is no reason for this team to include role-playing in the base game (check out other games in this genre). So your claim doesn't hold up, and this DLC isn't a "paid update."

why? The DLC is what "DLC" should be. It's like the person said the sky is blue and the sun is yellow/orange and then you said how dumb, it be green, as green as lush american lawn grass.....

From my understanding the game was only going to see bug fixes, and not feature rework.
