does it work?

I want to buy this game, I really do! But it's got pretty much nothing but negative reviews, and it doesn't look like it has all that much content to it either. $30 is a HUGE overkill in terms of price. It honestly should have been $10 at launch I believe. Maybe the reviews would be a little better had people not spend 30 big ones on this. $5 would be good now. But $30? Are these guys insane?...

Do the controls still suck horribly? How can his customers contact him and tell him it needs work and content?

Hi, I have just got this game and have discovered an annoying problem. Pressing Escape to get to the menu to save and my mouse is frozen on the screen, meaning I cannot save my game or quit (I have to end the task manually). Has anyone else had this and if so, how did you get it working again? Thanks for your time....
