S Tier
A Tier
B Tier
C Tier
D Tier
For me it just depends who you teach the most internal to, it boosts their stats and art dmg considerably. Wei Ziling in my current game is definatly S tier. My highest dmg dealer followed by Ji Jing (mostly cause the game story throws very nice arts to him, like sword saint and the master on frozen lake). Budong is amazing once he learn all the additional staff arts his starting ones are pretty bad. I find Taya so-so, healing and buffing is fine, but can't help out in any other way, i prefer Xiao Fu he can do both. Mostly agree on rest of list, although i havent found how to recruit a few of those C and D lister yet.
no new game +
