alt+tab heavy performance troubles

i have many problems when i try to leave the game (alt+tab). The game stuttters very heavy. When i start the game new most times it runs smooth (i have only 2GB vram and used the fixes here) but the alt tab problem is a game related problem. when i end the game i get tha an error couldnt write crash dump (why crash dump? i end the game normal.

when i start process explorer i see that the games dfoesnt use cpu complete after alt+tab (only about 50%)

is this a known problem?

core i5 , 16gb ram, gtx750ti (2gb vram)
have finished now (without all side missions - for me boaring)
