I am having trouble getting DOOM VFR on my Quest 3
I have the game on steam and have steamvr but when I go to link my quest with the occulus app (which I also have downloaded) searches and searches for the pc as well as my pc does for the quest I have looked at countless tutorials to get this working and I have all the settings enabled for them to connect I have tried the usb-c cable connection as well which should automatically connect but it searches infinitely as it does with airlink, I genuinely appreciate any help to get this problem solved, I am simply a hardcore DOOM fan and just want to play this game for all of the amazing clips, and reviews I have seen on it. Again any help is greatly appreciated I have been looking everywhere for solutions ,Thank you:steamsad:

does it work with steamlink (valve's version of airlink)? https://www.meta.com/experiences/steam-link/5841245619310585/
Hi, I would recommend getting Virtual Desktop for this game, playing this without a cable makes all the difference in the world. I'd buy the Q3 for this alone, really. For setup, it is not easy but once it works it is just another level.
Thank you so much I really really appreciate it i've been trying to get this game working for months now and your suggestions may help me get it working

i have been trying this but sadly does not work do you have any suggestions for it
I've always used Virtual Desktop as SteamLink always seems a bit laggy and my games NEVER showed up in the library list.
You can start your games from Virtual Desktop 'games' tab, or from VR Menu or Steam "Home"panel or even just launch on the game on your desktop and if your VR portal is open/on your headset will connect to the game (unless it WANTS to open in theatre mode).
I am installing this game again just to play and noticed the discussion. (Let you know how it goes;)
