Using mods switch to creative mode and back should unlock all tech. I'm pretty sure there are also mods that unlock stuff for you.

I can't play with my friends who are on Xbox and I'm on Steam, when I enter the code to join the game it doesn't work

Bought raft on xbox, cross play between xbox and steam isn't working, can't search for friend, can't add friend, tried linking xbox and steam accounts for both users - that didn't work either, we managed to log onto 1 game using a world code but very next day can't even see a world code? not sure if I'm missing something?

The sound was fine until i got to Balboa.

It's not fixed yet.
