Tutorial: How to edit player and world saves

Drag your save file from C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\LocalLow\Redbeet Interactive\Raft\User\User_{SteamUserID}\Player (or World) and simply drop on www.saveeditonline.com.
Then edit the values you want to change and click on download at the bottom, replace the original file with the downloaded one and restart the game.

Example:
If you want to turn dead saving file back to alive, you must upload the file RGD_Users.rgd to www.saveeditonline.com, change:

Users > 0 > Player > Hunger to value 1
Users > 0 > Player > Thirst to value 1
Users > 0 > Player > Health to value 1
Users > 0 > Player > Oxygen to value 1
Users > 0 > Player > Dead to value 0

Then download a replace with the original RGD_Users.rgd and start game again.
