I see 3 options:
- Make it possible to insert stacks
- Make it possible to hold down the use key
- Give it some own space, like a chest, so you can put just your things inside, 3 slots is enough.
But being able to insert full stacks of trash items is also a must.
And being able to recycle items no longer in use, like the 1st purifier and grill.
A "recyler" does not bring me back the original materials but provide trash cubes as well.
fortunately,
have a mouse that have config settings to personalize Input ' Macro ',
a keypress, and it would 'Interact ', left clicks multiple times or until a second press.
Did made my recycling easier in the beginning, where there is much higher demand of cubes.
Still believe the developer(s) would eventually tweak and QoL the stack issue.
hold down the key would be enough for me,
I map interact to middle mouse button, but clicking that a bunch is also annoying. I've been thinking about setting my mouse to send 'interact' with the scroll wheel events. Just scroll until full. That might mess up binocular zoom though.
..... I didn't know that the binocular had zoom, I always thought the binocular a little sh*ty for the standard magnification that it provided.
