Messages from other people, however, is not. Subnautica did it- but people are terrible. They correctly realized they had to manually curate the messages, otherwise it would be 99% insults and inappropriate comments. It's a lot of work, unless they just write the messages themselves.
There's what, 800k players? If 1% of them throw a message in a bottle, that's 8000 to sort through. If some of them start spamming, thats a LOT more.
Well DUH I didn't mean that other PLAYERS should write it. But it would be nice to find hints to what actually happened in this world. Certainly there were more people since there are abandoned rafts!
