Transfering raft saves

I wanted to transfer a save that was on my friends account, as i wanted to play it more than he did, and he had to be online for me to play it. Is there as way to find the save in his files and for him to send it to me

From FAQ under Other:

“Where are saved games located?”
C:\Users\[Your username]\AppData\LocalLow\Redbeet Interactive\Raft\User\User_[SeamUserID]\World

do note that AppData is probably hidden and you may need to enable showing of hidden folders.

I have been able to find raft's files, but I could not find the saves.
Me and my friend went through the entire raft folder and everything was the same for each of us.
I don't know where the saves are saved in file explorer.

I gave you the location of the world saves (the .rgd files in the World folder). You need to follow the folder structure I posted above. You won't find them browsing local files from Steam.

Go to c:, find folder users, then your username folder, then appdata (may be hidden), then redbeet interactive, then raft, then user_[steamuserid], then world and you should find .rgd files that are the world saves.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you! I was looking in my ~/.wine folder and couldn't find it.
