I just got O Captain My Captain yesterday. got it from a island that had a small fishing boat wrecked on it. you will find a Captain's hat on the console of the boat and get the achievement from picking it up.

I think you can only have either the Airplane crash island or Boat wreck island show up on your saved world, not both of them. Make a new world and drift around until you get either of those islands, then start another world if you get the wrong island.

Former Glory you have to find all tiki pieces with a metal detector and stack them in a certain order (search for it).

That's not correct about only 1 island or the other; I got both islands in my game, though it took a while.
