Can I get all of the achievements on peaceful difficulty?

Can I get all of the achievements on peaceful difficulty? Is it better to play on easy if I want to get all of the achievements?

A great deal of the achievements require you to kill "X" number of creatures or to kill the larger boss like creatures.
While it's not impossible to get all the achievements on peaceful, it will likely be a bit of a pain doing so as now you will have to chase them all down, when normally they are willing to come to you (and combat with them is not very hard to do once you have iron weapons and a bow).

You should be able to though getting Screecher Hunter achievements will be a pain as they won't come down to attack you unless you hit them first.
