Raft

Help my llama disappeared!
The pen is completely intact. I've searched all of my raft, she isn't anywhere. There's a fence around most of my raft so it's unlikely she fell in the water. Can it be a glitch? If so can I get her back?

Never experienced it but apparently some say if your pen is on the foundation level, waves can push your animals over fences/walls

did you build crop plots to feed your lama ?if not the lama 'dies' .

Yeah there are like 20 crop plots in the pen, all with grown grass

Aside from being a glitch, the only other thing I can think of is maybe you picked up accidentally and placed outside the pen by accident and didn't notice it, then walked off and fell in the water. You said "most" of your raft is fenced off. I'm guessing there's few areas with no fence?

And by the way, since the recent update, animals don't starve to death anymore. They just stop producing resources if they're not fed.

they might fell in the water. i lost some times, close the fence

This happens to me constantly. I've had to put up rope fences on top of the half walls to keep them in the pens on the first level. If I park to close to an island, the water will actually push them out of the pen otherwise. Luckily, I've found mine treading water just at the edge of the raft. I'm debating building a raised foundation for their pen, just to help prevent future loss.

That's the only thing except a glitch I can think it might be too... Yes there are holes in the fence where the ladders from the ground floor come up, but they are only one wide and far between, i don't know, I have no idea how I wouldn't have noticed it

The fence in her pen was intact, there were no holes, I can't close the fence that surrounds my raft completely, there needs to be gaps where the ladders come up

My pen is on the second floor, and there are no waves because I turned them off to help with fps. But thank you <3

I have a rare turkey too, I really want to know what happened so I can hopefully make sure it doesn't happen to her too

Umm ...maybe put a second perimeter wall around the pen? You know, just in case it was you that let your lllama wander off :D

On my raft, I have the critter pen on the second level, completely fenced in by a rope barrier. Instead of leaving holes for ladders, I just jump over the rope when I need to get in there. The critters can't escape/drown, and I can still get in for the eggs/milk/wool.

I lost 2 chickens, including a rare that looked like a bald eagle (brown with white head, maybe same as your turkey?). My son said that sometime if you sail hard again an island, the animals can "bump off." He told me to go back to the last island I visited ... and there they were, paddling around slightly off-shore! Good luck!
