i have like 5 cables left and don't know how to connect any more iglus

it is litereally on a table but raft typically so small in that big iglu that you don't recognize it.

Collect power cables from antennas around the area.
Hook up cables from the generator in town to either relays or houses and continue this chain until you get to the central building. The blowtorch is upstairs.
You need this in tandem with the Selene key to open the final segment of the area.

The selene key is on the observatory, inside the safe that need a password.
